The green theme is one she's clearly fully on board with. Accenting the bright green hair she's also got some deep green lipstick on and sparkling green nail polish. To fully tie it all together she's also wearing a metallic green headpiece. Nobody can ever say she's not coordinated. ]

Hello fellow inmates. Since I'm brand new here I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Polaris. [ Every word she speaks is practically dripping with sarcasm and she's got an equally sardonic smile to match. ] Just wanted to see how everyone was doing in our beautiful underwater prison today. [ Because that is exactly what it is. A prison. Nobody was going to convince her otherwise without some damn impressive skills. For a moment she looks like that might be all she actually has to say. Then she leans back and folds her arms over her chest. ]

Actually, I've got a question. I've been looking through these archives and looks like some of you have been here a long time. I get it, it's got some nice amenities. Love the view. But I gotta ask, how'd you all just collectively give up on trying to find a way out? [ And with that question she does, rather abruptly, end things there. ]

Yo, Lorna. I mean, there doesn't seem to be like a submarine dock. Can't punch our ways out or we'll drown. And I'm sure there's like, death by pressure if we depressurize this place too much. So, you know, act of god or suitable mutant to get us out.

I mean, from the ones I do know have abilities, Loki is your best bet. But if he had a way out, he'd have used it to get himself out by now. Asgardians, what ya gonna do? I like to think he'd tell me, though.

Yeah. Asgard is totally real. Gods exist. Thor is an Avenger. Loki's... complicated. And my friend. Pretty cool guy.

But yeah, I'm sure there is probably something people can do together. Maybe you can be project manager?

Friends in high places. I like it. [ Avenger isn't a team name she's heard of but there's so many of them out there that she doesn't give it much thought. The multiverse needs less teams. ]

That's how we always did things. Figured out what people could do and then how you can link that together. [ So clearly it has to work anywhere, right? She lets out a sudden sharp scoff. ] Dunno if I'm really someone that should be put in leadership again. Last time kinda ended in something of a disaster.

To be honest, the world ended, it was kind of our fault. It's probably better off without us.

Like the X-Men. But more big picture and not just mutant picture. And Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch were both on it. Wolverine too. Maybe a few other mutants in passing?

Fight with them more than work with them. But when it's a big enough situation, yeah. Team-ups happen.

Yep. Because heroes can't apparently communicate. And the Avengers don't tend to give a shit about mutant issues. X-Men sorta taught them to stay out of it. Which was stupid.
