Bright the day, my friends. I do not know what to say of our accommodations, though I count it promising that we are alive. My name is Moondance k'Treva and I am what is known as a Healing-Adept. What that means is: I am able to heal people as well as places.

[The second portion of his power has been taken from him - though he does not realize it yet. His merry, inviting tone is punctuated with a shyer smile.]

I do try my best to be optimistic. [This is perhaps one of his defenses.] Do you speak personally or in general?

General. [ Maybe ] The place just got overrun with demons. I think a few people even got possessed.

I do not have much experience with demons, but I am a Healer and a warrior. [Tayledras must be both.]

Neither did I until last month. Guess this place can teach people new things. [ Not exciting things though. Nobody wanted to learn these things. ] Isn't that kind of a contradiction? To be a healer and a warrior?

In order to heal a land that is under attack, I must know how to defend it. [It isn't as if he is a warrior for hire.] I do not mind learning new skills - as long as they are not too painfully acquired.
