Bright the day, my friends. I do not know what to say of our accommodations, though I count it promising that we are alive. My name is Moondance k'Treva and I am what is known as a Healing-Adept. What that means is: I am able to heal people as well as places.

Protecting my kind. That's the simplest way to really try to explain it. I'm a mutant. My abilities can be a bit complicated to explain and often make people somewhat uncomfortable.

I'm not sure I like the term, but your abilities do not make me uncomfortable. I have seen magic take many forms.

Mutants are less magic and more genetic differences that gift us with what some might consider supernatural abilities. Magic is quite different, though I'm also rather familiar with that. My family comes from a realm of magic, complete with faeries, dragons, and satyrs.

Would you consider yourself a Mage?

No, just a mutant with dual psionic abilities. I do know a few that would consider themselves a mage.

Genetics mainly. Not all magic users are mutants. Most aren't in fact.
