Steve felt the rush of adrenaline he felt way back in the day as he prepared to be the best soldier he could possibly be. He felt the pain and weakness coursing through his body as he felt the exhaustion at running so far. Steve couldn't help but smile though as the pole fell and he hopped in the back of the car with Peggy.
God, he did miss Peggy.
