[ Here's a YOUUUUTH, drunk off of moon-themed cocktails, laying back on a park bench, a red cloak spread out beneath him. It's totally at odds with the rest of his outfit: ratty jeans, a Hawaiian shirt, and a leather bomber jacket. But damn it, he's rocking the Lil Red Riding Hood look all the same.

And he's singing, eyes closed, seemingly to himself. Just, y'know, tipsy and enjoying all the celebration and revelry going on. ]

Under blue moon I saw you... So so~ooon you'll take me... up in your arms, too late to beg you, or cancel it though I know it must be: the killing time. [ He smiles dreamily, exhaling. ] Unwillingly mine...

[ Now he opens his eyes. It's harder to seem all chill and laid back when he's actually looking at... whoever the hell this message is for. There's a haunted look in his eyes, and his smile seems forced, almost a grimace. It's the smile of a hostage trying to assure their would-be rescuers that everything's fine! ]

Hey, whoever the werewolf is, can you come and bite me already? [ He makes a face, wrinkling his nose, as if really thinking on it. ] That's how the game's played, right?

[ He totally likes games that much!

Then, with a sigh, Jeff admits: ]

Okay, you got me.

[ It's sort of a boredom thing. Or, rather, a desperation to stay distracted thing. ]

I got you? So you are bored?

[She chuckles softly.]

That's fine. This place can be very boring. I'd offer you some company but I'm not sure what we'd do. [She can't tell if he's old enough to drink and that's been Wanda's go-to lately.]

[cacophonish]

[ He's freshly 21! Just barely making the cut.

Unless the legal drinking age is higher here. Not that Jeff's ever been particularly concerned with legality, when it comes to intoxicants. ]

We-eeeelll.... [ He seems to think on it. Brainstorming. ] There's a whole bunch of fishbowls to explore here, right?

[Wanda laughs.]

Yes, there are. We can go exploring.

Perhaps that will stave off your boredom.

[ Jeff smiles. Exploring definitely beats laying around on a park bench, waiting to pass out. ] I think it will. Know of any cool places to start?

I think that depends on your definition of cool but the market street is fun. There are some abandoned domes opened that might have some interesting things if you want to explore a place that's currently uninhabited.

[Ah, right, introductions.]

The market street? [ He grins and lifts the hem of his red cloak. ] That's where some old guy gave me this.

I bet we could find some neat stuff in the abandoned domes. It could be like a scavenger hunt.

Let's meet at the living spaces. From there we can travel to the abandoned domes.
