Hello! [ The woman that comes into view has a bald head and a strained smile on her face. Her voice is clear and chipper, but perhaps just a bit too chipper for the situation. She's got an over-sized jacket with short sleeves wrapped tightly around her and the faintest hints of red stains can be made out when she turns a certain angle. ]

I shouldn't be here. Again. [ Somewhere else again. The only sign of the frustration she feels is the momentary puckering of her lips. ] I want to go back to where I was. I need to. I figured things out. How to get it out and people need to know.

[ She looks very concerned for a second and just a tiny bit distressed. It gets replaced by another smile again though quickly enough. Another forced smile from someone trying a bit too hard. ]

I just need to get back. Or to know if maybe they're here? Whatever here really is. It's not what it says it is. Nothing ever really is. [ It's a paranoid statement but her tone doesn't quite match. It's a very blunt tone, as if it's just a fact that nothing ever really is what it seems to be. ]

Usually I could look for them myself but everything feels all jumbled up.

[ She pauses for a second and all of the sudden the smile on her face seems a lot more genuine. ]

I like the fishies here though! Hello fishies! [ She's talking to the bio-luminescent fish outside the Sphere. And that is the end of the video. ]

[he doesn't even try to mask his relief. Aside from all the other annoyance and disbelief he'd faced, he hasn't spoken with her since she'd disappeared there, and to know she was here and that she remembered-]

Hello. I'm sorry that you're not able to find people. Or I hope they're here. I can help look for them if you'd like?

Vincent! [ She claps her hands together and offers the most genuine smile anything has gotten.

And in typical Arkady fashion she's just going to teleport to him. There's zero hesitation before she just throws her arms around him in a mixture of relief and some weird form of happiness. It seems somewhat wrong to be happy to see someone in another location they didn't belong in, but it was a relief to know he was safe. Especially since she hadn't been able to check up on him since she'd decided to do what she'd done. ]

How long have you been here?

Maybe when everything is less jumbled I'll be able to find them. I could give you names if you could look for them but there's a lot of names!

[ A beat ] Yes. No. Yes and no! It wasn't my world but it wasn't like this.

The people you're looking for probably aren't here, I'm afraid.

Do you often have a problem with things being jumbled? Or is it just because you're here now.

[It seems a reasonable question for Alex to ask, considering. After all no one is really sure how the Sphere brings them in, and no one is really sure what it might look like if someone comes in with something wrong because of the process.

And then she adds, because it's the only one she's heard of:]

Was it a place called Riverview? We have some people from there here too.

It's possible but unlikely.

Nothing is ever impossible though.

Sometimes I get a little lost. [ She says it with a really upbeat tone, like it's really no big deal at all. To her, it's really not a big deal. It just kind of is. ]

But this time isn't that. I did something and it worked! But it was messy and jumbly. I'll be okay soon though.

[ She pauses for a second. ] No, not Riverview. Dualis. What was Riverview like?

And I think it was like here but on a moon in space. I wasn't there personally, but my partner has memories of being there even though he wasn't. A few other people do too.

It was a city that changed a lot. A few places stayed the same but other things moved around here then there. The Head brought us there to make robot versions of us. That's not what he said at first, but nobody should have believed he was telling the truth.

[ Oh. Of course he had to ask that. She pulled away from the hug and then shifted back and forth on her barefeet. ]

Do what? [ Maybe that would work? If she gave it her best innocent smile combined with the question. ]

I'm not that optimistic.

[The voice that echoes through the nero-communicate is wistful but sweet in its sound.]

I do not know if there is a way back.

[She pauses briefly.]

There are beautiful reefs outside the domes as well. I know it isn't your home but I do not think that this is a bad place either.

[It's easy for Alex to imagine just how much trouble she would get into with that, because Alex isn't good at not talking about things in general, never mind not being table to talk about things like that in a circumstance like that was.

Then she just gasped.]

Robot versions? Really? Why? I mean if he already had you guys there and stuff.
