I'm sure that everyone has realized by now that we're in the middle of what the locals call a 'nightmare'. This is the same as one that happened earlier. If you begin to feel as if you're alone or you find that you can't communicate, leave the area immediately. This nightmare will only get worse as time continues.

Do not panic. Everyone is still there and will be there again once you leave the area.
