[Gyda's curled up on a chair in the dining room of her and her brothers' dome. She's breathing hard and even for her she's a few shades lighter than pale. The hand at the circle behind her ear shakes a little as she keeps the feed on. When she speaks, for all she tries to keep her voice controlled, it's clear she's recovering from a panic attack.]

I'm not leaving the dome again until this is over. I don't care about deliveries at this point; It's just the three of us.

Any idea how long these 'deserted domes' will last?

Gyda? Listen, I don't want to upset you any more than you already are, but...these Nightmares, they move. I have an idea, though.

[She frowns, immediately looking up towards the door, as though she might be able to see the Nightmares as they arrive. A flesh and blood warrior she could fight against, at the very least enough to run away, but the Nightmares-she couldn't run from those.] Even in the dormitory domes? What's the idea?

I think it's probably wisest to assume anywhere could be affected. There aren't many of us. I think we might want to gather together, in one that that isn't under the effect of this nightmare right now, and stay in touch with the network, and move together to unaffected domes when that changes.

[It sounded rather complicated, and she wasn't even sure how they could tell if a Dome was infected or not.] The Natives wouldn't like that. They're becoming hostile as it is.

They've been getting testy and withholding goods or increasing prices. They think we don't notice, but I've seen them pull the better things out for natives.

[She nodded and activated the circle around her ear. The footage he received would've taken place in the market. Gyda's pretending to look at a stall selling papers, but as she's holding a paper up, she notices from the side that a neighboring stall keeper some feet away is pulling out more qaulity goods to someone who they're clearly on better terms with. Max Tinder would recognize them as a local.]

[The feed turns back.] That's just one example. And unless there's a mark up for domestic worker wages, I also fired the two people in charge of cooking meals in the dorm I live in. They were slacking in their work and didn't see why I was complaining at all.

I told them I could cook better than they were currently doing. And I have been.

Nightmares are bad enough when you're sleeping. You can't fight against an actual Nightmare.

No..it's a quarantined city developed on a moon. They were able to create a landscape capable of developing forests and farmland.

You were one of the people brought over from the Door. You said you were a journalist and how it's different from the skalds back home.

[There's more, but she does recall after a moment that Bev told her she might recognize people, but they wouldn't know her. She's not about to mention the cult and how Alex was one of the people taken.]

Where's Vancouver?

[For a moment, Alex just blinks. Richard told her about this before when he first starting to speak to Beverly, but it's different to hear that someone knew her.]

I don't know about friends. We only spoke a few times, but we weren't enemies or anything like that.

I'm from Scandinavia..but it's centuries in the past from when this place is, or in Riverview. I only know some countries by their names.
