Bright the day, my friends. I do not know what to say of our accommodations, though I count it promising that we are alive. My name is Moondance k'Treva and I am what is known as a Healing-Adept. What that means is: I am able to heal people as well as places.

[The second portion of his power has been taken from him - though he does not realize it yet. His merry, inviting tone is punctuated with a shyer smile.]

Nah, they're pretty different. There's the market and the places that are for selling things, places we grow stuff. Lots of things.

[Moondance walks outside to wait, but he is probably late! He is a tall young man with long white hair and pale, piercing blue eyes. His coloration is something particular to the Tayledras in his world - unless you happen to be a certain Herald named Vanyel Ashkevron.]

[Of course he's late. Tommy's too fast. Maybe for his own good. So he's outside and tapping his foot impatiently. And yeah the hair is interesting, given Tommy's is the exact same shade, though his eyes are a sharp green color instead. And he frowns at Moondance as he comes out.]

Been a while since I saw someone else with my hair.

Mine used to be a dull brown. [He gives Tommy a small bow, smiling pleasantly.] I wasn't very interesting to look at then and you wouldn't have been able to separate me from the other peasants.

Black. I was born with black hair before my mutation kicked in. And don't bow. That's weird. I'm not important or Japanese or anything.

[Mutations do that, change the way you look. Tommy's used to that.

So that is why you can move so quickly. [His expression doesn't flicker.] I am merely showing you respect and my coloration is due to the magic I have worked with constantly. I am...saturated...in it, you could say.

So too much magic bleached you? Interesting.

[But he nods. Yes, the mutation is why he moves so quickly.]

Yes, essentially. The other Tayledras are similarly colored.

[He holds out a hand.]

[Would be easier to carry the guy, but he clearly needs to guide, which means slow. Slow and he doesn't take the hand.]

[Is this one bashful? Moondance hides a grin and falls into step beside him. His steps are quick - he is accustomed to moving swiftly, but not at the speed his companion is accustomed to, of course.]

I do not like so much water above us, I admit.

[Bashful? Dude, so completely not. But seriously, what would be the point of holding hands? Weird man, just weird.]

Yeah, not really fond of it myself. Water and speed, they don't mix as easily as people think. Humans are NOT made for water survival. And I'm not fucking Namor.

Namor? [He looks around, intrigued by the objects he doesn't quite recognize.] No, we are made to walk on the land. I have told Starwind as much, but he insists on living high in a tree.

[Not even remotely. Call him that and he'll have revenge because it's actually not true. And keep up, Moon-whatever. Tommy isn't going to wait.]

Tree living would be cool. If it wasn't too tall a tree. Really elf though, so it's weird. Are you an elf?

The trees are very tall. [So much so that being near the top of them is like being on choppy waters in a ship.] No, I am a human.

[Don't make him surprise you with a punch and then leaving you in a random dome where you don't know your way around.]

Yeah, well, then I wouldn't want to do that. Too tall is a problem. I can only handle falls from so high.

The windows are special; they bend with the wind. Falling from one of our ekeles would be difficult, I think, though I don't like the sensation of being so high.
