UN - Maresh
[Good Afternoon all, Rhy has arrived and is smiling into the camera, his smile warm and he hopes as charming as he can manage. The right sort of look from your publicly elected council member. He hopes.]
Good afternoon all, Rhy Maresh here, one of your council representatives. I'm reaching out today with a few requests for ways you can assist me in helping you as a member of your council.
First, I'm looking to bring to the board a way to improve part of our welcoming procedures. There may be others, like me, who came to this place and had trouble adjusting due to world differences or technology gaps. I believe that we might benefit from something akin to a deeper introduction to how adjusting to this world can be. The things they can do, the things they can try, how to approach technology and warning them of the darkness that sometimes overwhelms us. So my first question is this.
If you could ask two questions when you first arrived here that were not covered by Max, Laurie, and Annie's normal introductions for us, what would they be. Anything from 'where is there good food' to 'do we have to work' to 'but WHY is the Network a thing' works. I'll try and gather the most useful and spread out ones to help create a lovely little briefing packet. Or does that seem silly?
The second question is this.
I have heard of something recently in my reading. It was called a 'Talent Show'. Can anyone explain it to me? And is it popular enough that it might be to public interest for a little celebration?

[Though he supposes he gets it. Watts will never likely hold his heart like Alucard will. There was still a part of Rhy that longed to be home to find if his lover really was about to approach him, about to beg his way back into Rhy's good graces.]

Maybe.
[And she might if it wasn’t for everything else that went along with the doubt and the reasons for it. But Alex does try and give him a faint smile. ]
Thanks Rhy. I’ll talk to you soon, alright?

I can tell.
no subject
Yeah. There’s just someone else he loves more.

Would you want that answer? If you were me?

Maybe.
[And Alex is just going to disconnect from that because yeah. She doesn’t know if she does trust that right now.]
