[ Steve sounds like he's out of breath, like a man who's been running. For anyone who knows him from back home, you'll know how hard Steve needs to run in order to sound like this. ]

Does anyone copy?

[ If he sounds firm, it's because he needs to be. He has to believe that it's not just him left. He has to believe that he didn't wake up in a new world, just to live through this again.

It's only after connecting to the network now, however, that Steve realizes he might be able to access its archives. ]

Thank you, to everyone who responded. For those who aren't aware of what's going on, there's an explanation in the archive. If you currently feel isolated. Alone. If the people around you have vanished. Find the nearest exit and keep moving until you see can people again. You will find them, and this feeling will pass.

When I was still inside, there were still plates of food, uneaten. Stalls on the side of the street. Bikes, fallen over on the side of the street.

Everything else was still there, just not the people.

Is there any way we could send them a message? Project words onto the dome itself — telling them to get out?

I don't think so but I also do not know a lot about the technology here.

I do think that they know. I was- [Her voice catches before she continues.] I was trapped in the darkness as well and while everyone else vanished, I had found my way out. I think that they know to do the same.

I should be able to form a guiding light but that isn't working.

[A beat.]

I am honestly not sure what to do or what we can do. I don't even know how to account for those still in the nightmare or where the darkness might move next.
